马来西亚公民赴香港、澳门,中国旅行须知
尊敬的女士/先生：
首先，非常感谢您对美佳旅游的信任和支持！为了您的旅途顺利愉快，现将赴香港,澳门,中国旅行的注意事项作简要介绍：
一、 出门在外――安全第一
Ø 人身安全：过马路时要遵守交通规则，绿灯亮时才可通过，否则发生事故，责任由违反交通规则的一方承担。因为香港原属于英联邦领地，其交通规则与我国一样，交通工具一律靠左行驶，所以过马路时最好左右都看，大多数人不记得要向右看有没有车。乘机、坐车、上船，请注意扶梯，台阶处站稳，以免扭伤或摔伤身体。外出时最好结伴而行，并带上酒店地址卡，以免迷路后无法返回酒店。如在港澳期间遇到8级以上台风即黑色暴雨预警，请务必不要外出。
Ø 财物安全：香港是国际金融中心，向每位客人提供周到而完善的金融服务，我们可以尽量使用旅行支票或信用卡，避免携带大量现金。坐飞机及乘船时不要将钱款和贵重物品放在托运的行李中。外出活动，个人的现金和贵重物品要随身带好；游览过程中，人离开旅游车时，千万不能将现金或贵重物品留在车上。尽管香港澳门治安较好，但千万不要掉以轻心。现金和贵重物品也应随身携带，也可在入住酒店后存入酒店前台或房间内的保险箱，而不应放在房间内。如使用酒店前台的保险箱，一些酒店会收取相应的费用，此笔费用须由使用保险箱的客人自行承担。如不会使用酒店保险箱，可咨询酒店服务人员。
Ø 证件安全：护照遗失，是游客唯一合法的身份证明，如有丢失，将直接导致个人旅游行程无法继续；而且补办手续耗时费力，会给个人带来极大的损失。在自由活动期间，以及在出入各国移民局、过海关及乘飞机过程中，护照自行谨慎保管。
Ø 整个旅行中，请随身携带我公司发给您的行程及紧急联络通讯录，万一发生迷路或其他紧急情况，可随时与我们吉隆坡总部紧急联络人取得联系。如果发生行李或者贵重物品损坏、丢失、被盗、被抢或者人身伤害等事故，须及时报损、报失或报警，并保留好相关票据及证明材料，以备向有关航空公司、酒店、保险公司申请理赔。
二、 货币知识――提前了解
Ø 人民币在香港澳门均可流通，出行前可自备少量港币。香港澳门街头有货币兑换处。
Ø 我国海关规定每人每次因私出境可携带5000美元或等值外币，或20000元人民币。
Ø 在已经开通人民币刷卡业务的国家刷卡结算，可以使用贴有"银联"标识的银行卡，汇率直接以当日国家公布的外汇牌价用人民币与当地货币换算。没有开通人民币刷卡业务的国家，须使用贴有万事达（MASTER）或维萨（VISA）标识的银行卡，换算方式是按当日汇率将当地货币转换成美元，再将美元按还款当日汇率转换成人民币价格。
三、 文明乘机――礼貌待人
Ø 根据最新的飞机安检规定，超过100毫升的液体，包括超过100毫升容器里面只要有液体（不管液体是否够100毫升），都不能带上飞机，必须托运。如果您随身携带以下物品登机，须将物品放置在容积不超过100毫升的容器内，再将容器放在可重复密封的透明袋中：凝胶状物品（例如洗浴液、头发定型凝胶等）；乳液及液体（例如润肤液、香水、面霜、防晒霜等）；膏状物（例如牙膏、凡士林、眼影膏等）；压缩泡沫及喷雾（例如剃须泡沫、防晒泡沫等）；食物（例如清水、饮料、乳酪、糖水）；液态化妆品（例如粉底液、唇彩、睫毛液、卸妆液、指甲油等）。
Ø 飞机上用餐时要将座椅靠背调直，以免影响他人用餐。机内不要大声喧哗影响他人休息。飞机颠簸时，要回到座位上坐好，系好安全带。
Ø 飞机上的酒水、食物都是免费享用的，但要以适量为原则。机上用餐使用的金属餐具不是一次性餐具，用餐后空乘人员会来收取，请给予配合。
Ø 如果需要服务，只要按下服务指示灯即可，不必大声呼唤。目前大部分国际航班全程禁止吸烟。
Ø 按照国际惯例，搭乘国际航班要提前3小时到达机场办理登机、托运手续。行李超过规定尺寸或重量的必须托运，并请保存好托运行李的单据。经济舱乘客可免费托运20公斤的行李，公务舱乘客免费托运30公斤的行李，超大、超重的行李要自己付费；手提行李不能太多太大。
Ø 出境时，高级相机，摄像机等贵重物品要申报，填好申报单后出关时过红色通道，并请保管好申报单的底单，以备回来入境时检查；海岛国家严禁携带与动物、植物，土壤相关的物品出入境。请勿将以下物品带入中国：（1）动植物病原体及其他有害生物；（2）动物尸体及标本；（3）土壤；（4）水果及蔬菜；（5）蛋、蹄骨，角类及肉类等；（6）动物血液，制品及动物皮毛等。
四、 了解酒店――避免尴尬
Ø 港澳地区有的酒店一般不提供免费的洗漱用具和一次性拖鞋，如使用，需另收费用；同时考虑到个人卫生习惯，建议自备洗漱用具和拖鞋。
Ø 港澳地区酒店内的电压均220伏，插座为三项扁平插头，跟国内不一样。酒店一般可以免费借用转换插头。港澳酒店内的自来水不能直接饮用。房间内没有开水供应，但一般都备有烧开水用的电茶壶，如需开水，可自己烧或让服务生单送。如让服务生送开水，须支付5-10港币的小费。
Ø 用房间电话往酒店外打电话、饮用房间冰箱或吧台饮料及酒水，都需在退房时到酒店前台自行付款。酒店一般都设有收费电视，使用前请了解收费标准及使用方法，以免发生不必要的计划外支出。请爱护酒店设施，如有损坏，需要个人赔偿。
Ø 洗浴时请将浴帘底襟拉入浴缸内侧，如果不小心"水漫金山"，湿及房间地毯，也是要赔偿的。请勿将洗涤物挂在窗外、阳台或台灯上。
五、 公共场所――入乡随俗
Ø 俗话说"出门看天"，出国前应该先了解一下港澳地区的气候，以备行装。
Ø 只要注意一下每天中央电视台《新闻联播》之后的《天气预报》就可以了，里边会预报港澳地区未来72小时内的天气状况。
Ø 入境时请自觉遵守当地出入境条例及海关规定，所携带行李物品超过以下规定，应据实申报，不得走私、漏税、携带违禁物品或超过限量。酒类1公升200支香烟或50支雪茄或250克烟草
Ø 香港和澳门是具有支付小费习惯的地区，小费。除快餐店外，大部分餐厅及酒楼均会在帐单内收取10%的服务费，顾客可将找赎的零钱作为小费。至于门童或客房服务员，可视情况打赏小费。

八、 应时应景的穿衣佩戴
