行程信息 Travel Information

第一天 Day01 : 吉隆坡 - 成都 / KUALA LUMPUR - CHENGDU
集合于国际机场, 乘搭客机飞往天府之国 ~ 成都. 位于四川省中部, 川西平原腹地，同时也是四川省政治，经济，文化及旅游的核心。
Assemble at for your pleasant flight to the capital of SiChuan Province~ CHENGDU.

第二天 Day02 : 成都 ~西宁 / 青藏火车 (早,午餐) / CHENGDU ~ XINING – QINGZANG RAILWAY(B, L)
晨早, 乘内陆航班往青海省会 ~ 西宁. 抵达后，前往藏传佛教格鲁派创始人宗喀巴大师的古乡~湟中，参观拉马派六大寺院之一的 <塔尔寺>.尔后,乘坐全世界海拔最长,最高的铁路~青藏高铁前往西藏自治区首~拉萨。(硬卧~6人一室)
After breakfast, transfer to Xining by domestic flight.  Upon arrival, visit to the <Tear Monastery>, which is the hometown of the ZongKaBa Master ~ Huangzhong. Then, Ride of QingZang Railway, a world longest & highest Sea Level railway to the capital of Tibet ~ LHASA. 

第三天 Day 03: 青藏铁路 ~ 拉萨 (自理) / QINGZANG RAILWAY - LHASA (Buy Own)
开始西藏之旅, 您将可沿途欣赏高原风光及途经格林纳木错.如<姜塘大草原>, <纳木措>, <可可西里自然保护区>, 经唐古喇山口(海拔5010米), <丹冬峰>及<昆仑山>等. 尔后,抵达西藏自治区首~拉萨。
Start our journey of Tibet, you may enjoy the sight of Tibet via RiKaZe, <JiangTang Prairie>,<NaMuCuo The Holy Lake>,<KeKeXiLi Nature Preserve>, by way of TangKuLa Mountain Pass(Sea Level 5010m), <Dan Dong Peak> & <KunLun Mount>.etc. Then, arrived Lhasa. (Hard Sleeper-06 persons in a cabin)

第四天 Day04 : 拉萨 (三餐) / LHASA (B, L, D)
早餐后, 前往<布达拉宫>坐落于西藏自治区首府拉萨市中心，为世界海上最高海拔(3767.19米)的古代宫殿。尔后,前往<大昭寺>全国重点文物保护单位之一。 随后游览<八角街>是拉萨目前保留最完整的街道。会聚了宗教,经济,文化,民族手工艺的聚集地。
After breakfast, visit to <Potala Palace>which is located on  Lhasa Down Town – the world highest sea level(3767.19m) Antiquity Palace, also the most valuable treasury of art and culture of Tibet. Thereafter, visit to the cultural relic protected unit<Da Zhao Temple>. Then, enjoy your shopping at <Barkhor district>. 

第五天 Day05 : 拉萨~羊卓雍错~江孜 ~日喀则 (三餐) / LHASA -YANGZHOUYONGCUO -JIANGZI -SHIGATS (B, L, D)
早餐后, 前往日喀则。将延中尼公路出拉萨城前往海拔5000公尺的冈巴拉山上远眺三大圣湖之一<羊卓雍湖>。后游览<宗山城堡>, <白居寺>。尔后，抵达后藏首府~ 日喀则。
After breakfast, proceed to the capital of Rear Tibet ~ SHIGATSE. Pass by the <Yamdok Yumtso Lake>. After that, visit to <ZongShan Palace> & <Bai Ju Temple>. Then, proceed to the capital of Rear Tibet~ SHIGATSE.

第六天 Day06 : 日喀则 ~ 拉萨 (三餐) / SHIGATSE - LHASA (B, L, D)
晨早, 前往参观<扎什伦布寺>为西藏历代班禅喇嘛的驻锡地，并参观实施班禅的包金陵塔<释颂南捷>及供奉世界最大铜佛<强巴佛殿>.尔后，返回拉萨。
After breakfast, visit to < Tashilhunpo Monastery > one of the four lamaseries of the Galu sect of Lamaism and the residence of the Panchan Lama. Then, visit to <SiSongNanJie Pagoda> & <QiangBa Buddha Temple>Then, back to Lhasa.

第七天 Day07 : 拉萨~成都 (三餐) / LHASA ~ CHENGDU (B, L, D)
晨早,前往机场返回-成都. 抵达后, 前往游览休闲文化的发源地<宽窄巷子>。其至今遗留着"老成都"的风韵.走在凹凸不平的街沿上,感受一下当中的悠闲的感觉。
Today, proceed to airport for your pleasant flight back to Chengdu. Upon arrival, visit to <KuanZhai Alley> to enjoy the leisurely view.

第八天 Day08 : 成都 ~ 吉隆坡 (早餐) / CHENGDU ~ KUL (B, L, D)
"美佳旅游 贴心同游"乘机飞返国土 ~ 吉隆坡.
After breakfast,  transfer to the airport for your pleasant flight back to Kuala Lumpur.
